The concept was “Window into nature”. The idea was inspired by the design philosophy, called Biophilic Design that emerged in 1970’s. The term Biophilia means an innate love of life and the living world. I wanted to create a nature retreat in the middle of O’Connell Street, where people could relax and have a break from a busy street life. This idea developed into a wellness centre that would incorporate an indoor garden, spa centre and a cafe.
